Welcome to Artifactly ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Kalpit Labs Private Limited. By visiting, browsing, registering for an account, or purchasing digital project assets on artifactly.kalpitlabs.com, you ("User", "Customer", "Licensee") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Summary Notice: Artifactly sells downloadable digital assets, software source code, architecture specifications, and documentation. By completing a purchase, you are granted a defined license to use the codebase subject to the provisions below.

1. Company & Platform Information

This website is owned and operated by Kalpit Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. All contractual relationships, invoices, and payment authorizations are governed through Kalpit Labs Private Limited.

2. User Accounts & Access

To purchase and download projects, you must register for an account using a valid, verifiable email address.
You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and session cookies. Any activity under your authenticated account is your legal responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt unauthorized extraction of assets, or engage in suspicious payment behavior.

3. Digital Products & Licensing Terms

Artifactly provides production-ready software repositories, technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and implementation guides. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific product page:

License Grant: Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual commercial license to use, modify, integrate, and deploy the purchased code within your personal, educational, client, or internal commercial systems.
Resale & Redistribution Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, open-source, or publicly display the raw source repository or significant portions thereof as a competing template, marketplace asset, or boilerplate.
Version Access: Your purchase grants immediate access to the version purchased, plus all bugfixes and minor releases within that product edition.

4. Pricing & Payment Processing

All project prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified, and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated during checkout.
Payments are securely processed via authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay). Kalpit Labs Private Limited does not collect, store, or process raw credit card numbers or banking passwords.
You agree to provide accurate billing credentials. Any fraudulent, chargeback, or disputed transaction will result in immediate revocation of download grants and potential legal recovery.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, site designs, logos, text, curation, benchmarks, and infrastructure on artifactly.kalpitlabs.com are the exclusive property of Kalpit Labs Private Limited or its verified licensors and are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All code and materials are provided "as is" and "as available" with comprehensive documentation. While we verify projects to rigorous standards, Kalpit Labs Private Limited does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with every host environment or future third-party API changes.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Kalpit Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the purchased assets.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific project in dispute.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

8. Modifications to Terms

Kalpit Labs Private Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Continued use of the Platform following amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
