Because our marketplace delivers non-tangible, irrevocable digital software goods (including full downloadable source code repositories), this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines your rights, eligibility, and the refund process.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Prior to Payment: You may cancel or abandon an order at any point prior to completing payment verification in the checkout popup without penalty.
- After Payment & Asset Delivery: Once payment has been successfully authorized by the gateway and your account has been provisioned with instant download access, an order is considered fulfilled and is subject to the refund evaluation terms below.
2. Refund Eligibility & 7-Day Technical Remedy Window
We want you to build with complete confidence. You are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:
- Critical Technical Defect or Incompleteness: If the delivered codebase is fundamentally broken, fails to compile or build under the specified system requirements, or is missing core modules promised in the project specifications, and our engineering support is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your reported ticket.
- Duplicate or Accidental Overpayment: If you are charged multiple times for the same order due to a gateway communication anomaly, duplicate transactions will be refunded immediately in full upon verification.
- Asset Inaccessibility: If technical failure on our infrastructure prevents you from accessing or downloading the purchased assets within 48 hours of payment, and our support team cannot provide manual alternate delivery.
3. Ineligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Requests made simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the project after having downloaded the complete source code archive.
- Unmet System Requirements: Failure to run the project because your hosting or local hardware does not meet the clearly published hardware, OS, or dependency prerequisites stated on the project page.
- Lack of Technical Expertise: Inability to configure or customize third-party tools (e.g. AWS, Docker, Node.js) when the code functions as specified in the provided setup guide.
- Downloaded Without Notice: Claims submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your registered account email address
- Artifactly Order ID or Razorpay Payment ID (e.g.
pay_...) - Product name
- A clear description of the defect, including relevant console error logs or build outputs
5. Processing & Refund Timelines
- Our technical support team will evaluate your ticket within 24 to 48 business hours.
- If the defect cannot be remedied and a refund is approved, the refund will be initiated immediately via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
- Refunds are credited back directly to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking). Banks and payment providers typically reflect the credited amount within 5 to 7 business days.
- Upon issuance of a refund, your download grant and license to use the codebase will be immediately revoked.
