Mandatory Digital Delivery Statement:
Digital assets and license keys are delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation via your account dashboard.

1. Nature of Products & Delivery Method

Artifactly exclusively provides 100% intangible, downloadable digital products (including source code repositories, architecture diagrams, datasets, and documentation files).
We do not manufacture, store, ship, or dispatch physical items, discs, or printed manuals. There is no physical shipping involved.

2. Delivery Timeline & Access Flow

Instant Authorization: As soon as your payment is processed and verified by our payment gateway (Razorpay), our system instantly generates authenticated download grants tied to your user account.
Immediate Dashboard Access: You are immediately redirected to your Account Purchases Dashboard, where all purchased asset archives (ZIP files, PDFs, source code bundles) are ready for immediate download.
On-Demand Re-downloads: You retain continuous access to log in to your account and re-download your purchased project files, along with future bugfix versions and documentation updates.

3. Shipping Charges

Because all products are delivered electronically over high-speed secure cloud storage networks, shipping fees are ₹0.00 (Nil / Free of Charge).

4. Delivery Confirmation & Receipts

Upon successful payment authorization:

An on-screen confirmation displays your Order ID and transaction status.
A digital invoice and order confirmation is registered in your account profile and can be downloaded or inspected at any time.

5. Troubleshooting Download Delays

Under normal circumstances, digital delivery takes less than 5 seconds. If you have completed a payment but do not see your project assets in your account dashboard:

Check that you are logged into the same email account used during checkout.
Refresh your account page after 1 minute (in rare cases of high payment gateway verification latency).
If access is still not visible, email our 24/7 technical support team at support@kalpitlabs.com with your transaction reference or Razorpay Payment ID. Our engineers will verify the transaction and manually provision access within 2 hours.
